2 years. We have telephone and broadband with them. As we were fairly happy with our supplier at the time we were quite sceptical about changing but the prices we were given by Ucall saved us quite a considerable amount each month so felt it was worth a try, we have absolutely no regrets whatsoever and wish we had changed over sooner. They set our phone and broadband up with no issues and very painlessly with hardly any downtime at all.
Ucall give a very good customer service and if we have had the odd time to contact them, it has been dealt with extremely quickly.

Our updated digital system has been working well. It is great to be able to see the number who is calling (We didn’t have this previously). Easy to put on answerphone, put calls on hold and transfer where necessary. Do Not Disturb button has come in useful too when someone is not in and you are on a call you do not hear their phone ringing in the background.
It’s been very useful to see missed calls so we can get back to people when no one was able to answer, and also to review the history occasionally too

I would thoroughly recommend U Call. They have recently upgraded my phones and my answering phone system. I am fully digital and have a queueing system on my phone lines. The engineer was extremely helpful and always on hand to answer my queries, however minor they may be. The backroom team at the office also extremely supportive and resolved any queries I had.
I have now been using the new system without any problems. I have now switched all of my phone accounts to U Call from a well-known competitor and have peace of mind.
